My best friend took his life in 2019 and turned my world upside down.

This was the moment life changed for me.

Life took on twists and turns I never in my wildest dreams expected or saw coming.

I shut down. I made myself small to allow others to grieve. I swallowed every emotion that surfaced: usually  with bubbles, until I barely knew how to feel.

It was time to hand  over the wheel.

Spirit didn't need my help.

Armed with a quiet mind and open heart, I listened.

I made a Seachange and began following my inner voice. I have always had a passion for creating.

This time I would not only begin to create beautiful seaglass jewellery but also began to create my best life.
